Default Need help with old kegerator

Hi all,
We need some help with a True kegerator that's been sitting domant for a few years. It's been passed down to my friend from a family member and yes, I know.. It's a crime that it sat that long. So, we're going to do our community service and get this thing back into shape. I know we'll need a cleaning kit but i'd like some advice on what else we would need. Should we just replace the beer and air lines or is that not neccesary? New faucet head maybe? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I would soak the faucet and coupler in beer line cleaner. replace all lines, they are cheap enough. get a good thermometer, put it in a cup of water, turn the unit on and make sure it maintains @ least 38f. if so u should be good to go

Also, you should take the faucet apart. If it looks "rusty" inside try polishing the inside, and the parts, with a Scotch Brite pad. If it doesn't polish up very well, then I'd replace it, ideally with a Stainless Steel faucet. They aren't that expensive and they will stay clean longer without the gunk buildup. And, yes, replace the lines, like TG3208 said.
