Beer dispenser/faucet

Hi, I am looking into setting a table for 6 at my bar under a self service standard. The hexagonal table will have a keg on the inside and the dispenser has to rotate so that any one of the six persons can serve their own glass. The beer will be sold depending on the amount of liters consumed, as such, I am also in need of a beer meter. Where could I get such equipment? Please let me know. Thanks,

A tower that swivels would be difficult. How about the table? Conduct a search under "portion control draught beer". This should get you started in the right direction. Be aware that most of these type products are difficult to clean and may interfere with the performance of the system.
