Default REQ Help/Advice on Tower and Drip Tray

I've been reading extensively on freezer conversions, but now I realize I've spent too much time on that and my carpenter is ready to get started on my bar build, but I don't know which Tower and Drip tray I want to use. I think I want to remote dispense to a two faucet tower built into the bar. I really like the look of the brass T Tower, but realize there's a lot of different options. Can anyone recommend a good quality T Tower (micromatic is currently out of 2 faucet T Towers). Also, should I get Brass, PVD Brass, Stainless Steel, or Chrome??

Next, what type of drip tray should I use? I can't seem to find many pics online, but I think the recessed type would probably look best. Can anyone suggest the best install for this type of bar top (standard design)? For example: does the drip tray go inside the 4" drink rail or should we cut into the bar like my second pic?

Thanks
