Bank Vault Cooler

We used a 6.5 inch core bit to drill through the records vault wall that sits below the bank vault. Your suggestion of the vault being the biggest obstacle was true and we rethought our beer system. NO STEEL plate in the records vault, so it was only 112 year old concrete and rebar. Total time to drill 21 inches.... Four hours. The bank vault will now be used as a wine cellar. Thanks Again.
