Default glycol chilling system

Does anyone have the basic setup instructions for a chill rite 32 system? I have recently assumed control of an operation that is in possesion of this system. However, the system was abandoned because of what I imagine may have been relatively simple problems relating to system balancing. I am completely inexperienced with glycol systems, but it seems a shame not to at least attempt a start-up of such an interesting system.

Does this chill rite system consist of a glycol chiller? We can start here and then progress to the other components of the system.

Checked out Chill Rite site and they claim they can dispense 32F beer. That would be great if everyone likes their beer that cold. Normally they don't. Retailers are actually losing resales since consumers will not order a second or third beer because all of the gas locked in the beer at 32F decided to explode when it hit he consumers stomach.

Of course the Chill Rite folks don't need to worry about this because on their site they show their pressure source - an air compressor. Nothing better than cold beer that tastes like cardboard!

Luckily, we can help you make even this system perform correctly. What is your pressure source and what is the glycol bath temperature?

The system consists of the basic chiller setup, a five beer dispensing tower, and pressure regulation gauges for five kegs. The trunkline and glycol mixture are no longer present.
