Default Tower Cooling

Hello, I have a Kenmore Kegerator and want to put in a fan to cool the tower. My question is has anyone done this for the kenmore, and if so where did you cut a hole to get the electrical wire out of the kegerator? I was thinking anywhere on a side near the bottom might be fine. Is there anything in the walls except for insulation?
Scott

Use a blower with a bracket and then attach flex tube. Route flex tube into tower.

Using a one inch hole saw blade, preferably cut a hole through a wall of the box that has the least chance of interfering with the refrigeration or other factors such as a wire. After you have broken the skin of one surface, stop and inspect the wall for these factors that may result in damage if you continue. Once inspected and comfortable with no obstructions, proceed through the wall completely. As to the pigtail, assure that it is long enough and connect to the motor after routing through the keg box wall. Seal the hole with silicone or plumbers putty.

Some units have a hole in the side by the compressor. Inside the unit you will see a plastic plug over the hole. If your unit has one just pull the plug out and dig the insulation out of the way and run the wire through.
