Default Condensation Pumps

I am installing a draft system in a bar with no drains near the towers. I'm thinking of using a condensation pump to catch the slop from the drip trays. Mop sink is in storage room behind bar about 15 feet away from tower.

Has anyone tried this before? I'm concerned about bacteria growth and leaking if the pump is not cleaned frequently.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

We have many of our accounts running the spill line into a pitcher or a jug. This allows the manager to see how much spillage the bartender has.

I would be concerned about the bac buildup with a pump.
