Default outside flange

i need some info on how to repair a metroh8psskr(8 product h style tower).i get a call from a customer and when i look it seems that the outside flange is on backwards(concave side facing out), preventing the coupling nut from turning. nobody knows how it happened and for the life of me i cant figure out how someone could do this without the right tools.i clean this customer monthly and it is a recent development.any ideas would be a great help.i looked in the traing manual, website ,catologue and the tower itself but can't find the point of entry.

Being it's a psskr tower take the tap marker of and spin the faucet counter clockwise, don't remove the coupling nut holding the faucet on. Flip flop the sleeve and spin it back on, no reason to be nervous about spinning it, it's designed to be removed this way. You may have to remove the faucets on either side for clearance.
