Cool antique faucets

I have a 100 year old " novelty box" that I am converting to refrigeration to keep two 5 gallon soda kegs for my homebrew operation. the box came with two really cool antique brass faucets with rosewood handles that I wish to use. the internal diameter of the faucets are 1/2 inch. how can I hook up a CO2 system to these large old time long draw faucets and maintain proper beer delivery and carbonation? thanks for any help
