Any idea where an individual could buy a keg of specialty beer (something out of the ordinary) in central florida?

A lot of it depends on what can be gotten in your area. See if there are micro brewers within 100 miles (some will go up to 300 miles) of you. Then contact them and ask. If they can't sell directly, they will tell you who to contact to obtain.

If there's something you want, contact the brewer directly. Like I was hoping for Alaskan amber, but they don't go much further than Washington State. However, Abita (New Orleans) will ship to my area and my local distributor carries/can get it.
