    Default Beer Line Cleaner

    http://www.micromatic.com/draft-keg-...pid-CFP-1.html

This is the beer line cleaner that I've been using for quite a while. I used to use BLC but prefer the Clean Flo and it has done a good job.

Tonight I was cleaning a corny that had had some honey ale in it. The sediment at the bottom was being quite stubborn and as I was going to use the keg to push Clean Flo through the lines anyway, I decided to see what the Clean Flo would do to dissolve the sediment. I put in a half scoop and a quart of hot water and within a few seconds the bottom of the keg was shiny and clean. I'm going to try it on my carboy next batch I brew.
Malt is the soul of beer... and yeast gives it life..
but the kiss of the hop is the vitality of that life!

My three favorite beers: The one I just had, the one I'm drinking now and the next one I'll have.

I'm both a homebrewer and a draft tech and I too use some of the chemicals I use for line cleaning for brewing. Big difference, a lot of these chemicals are what breweries use for their stainless as well.
