Exclamation Help! Stinky Gross Party Pump

I borrowed a friends Micro Matic Party Pump only to find that it had not been rinsed out after the last keg (8 Months ago). It smells pretty bad and Im almost positive it has never been properly cleaned. Is there a way to clean this out without buying a cleaning kit? I didn't want to just dump it into soapy water without asking first. I need it for Friday and I don't have time to wait!!! Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
