Default Bottling Keg Beer

If you were to bottle keg beer, how long would it keep in the bottles?

If you did it right and got no oxygen in the beer in the process then it would last as long as it would in the keg. How long depends on the beer, most micro's 3 months, domestics maybe a bit longer, High alcohol beers can last for a long time, 10-20 years. Key here is done right, any oxygen the gets into the beer during bottling will break down the beer much quicker.

Depends on how you bottle. If you used a sanitized tube that ran from the faucet, to the bottom of a sanitized bottle (or used a filling wand/beer gun), then filled to the top of the bottle, then removed the filling tube/wand/beer gun from the bottle, then let the foam creep up to the cap (so the air is removed), then capped it, I'd say it should last months. This is how homebrewers cap their bottles.

I assume you talking about using real bottles with a capper or swing top bottles. If you're talking about twist off bottles, then I guess it depends on how tight the seal is on that bottle, as to whether or not the beer might go flat.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."
