Default fitting non-under counter kegorator under a counter???

OK, this may have been covered and i searched a few times and didnt find a concrete answer, but what would i have to do to keep the standard kegorator from overheating if i put it in a counter?

You would need fans and vents to keep the air moving to keep it cool. The built-ins have a kick panel in the front and fans that do this.
