Default Stella Artois

Just ordered my keg of Stella for an NFL draft party. Any suggestion on serving temperature and pressure. I have the S Style coupler. The Stella glasses. I can't wait.

Stella is a pretty standard premium lager. 38F @ 12PSI should be fine. Adjust down 1PSI for every 2 degrees below 38, up on 1PSI for every 2 degrees above 38.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."

Default stella problems

I have had numerious kegs of Stella and had little or no problems. Now I am about 3/4 thru a half barrel and am getting a lot of foam on my pours. Beer temp is 38.5, live about 200' above sea level. My set up is about 5-6 feet of supply line to my faucet (aircooled via fan in a shop vac hose with a return line into the ref). Right now I am set up at 12psi (co2 is in ref). I have not had issues before, but do now. Is it over carbonated? What should I do?
thanks
Ed

Did the Stella have a dust cover that requires you to tear off? If so, a piece of this can become lodged in the connection between the coupler and keg and cause issues.
