    Smile Tap Handles

Does anyone know where I can purchase a tap handle in North Jersey? I want something other than the basic one the kegerator came with but I need it asap and can't get it shipped on time if I order online. Thanks.

A specific brand or just something that looks better than the cheapo plastic one that came with it?

This would be a good time of year to find one in a mall. In the mall by me, they always have a few seasonal sporting memorabilia shops that open up. They sell all kinds of beer and sports related stuff, like neon signs, autographed photos, etc. The one I found the other day had a whole bunch of tap handles to choose from.

Also, you could also check the yellow pages under "Bar Fixtures". You should be able to find a few places that sell bars, barstools, bar accessories, etc.

be selfish and worry about my liver."

e-bay is on-line. The OP was looking for something local.

eBay is only a keyboard away. He doesn't have to leave his house & it is delivered to his door. How much more local can you get?

yeah, but the OP was looking for something he could get right away, and not wait for delivery. I'm assuming he was looking for something for a holiday party in the next day or two because the OP said it was needed ASAP and couldn't wait for delivery.

I personally prefer e-bay for something like this. Usually something gently used is a LOT cheaper than buying them brand new.

As cubby asked - are you looking for a specific brand or just any thing other than the boring small plastic one? I'm in North Jersey and have extras. Let me know.

Here is a great web site with almost any handle you could possibly want.

    Tap Handles List From NeonSign.com

I however prefer the ebay route and have often won auctions for 10 - 12 handles for the price of 1 from the aforementioned site.

Most of the faucet threads are 3/8-16. If you need something quick, you could just about turn anything into a tap handle. Be creative. Make it your own!
