All you need is a whole saw and a cresent wrench, look at the photos of one and drill, if drilling stainless steel make sure you lubricate it with oil to avoid burning, Check out the ones I have made in the photo gallery www.partykegs.com.au

Check out the coil link. Find a cooler at various local outlets that will fit the coils and cut the appropriate holes.
