Default Cleaning party taps?

Hi there,

I've been tasked with cleaning several portable keg taps (the type with the hand pump and small rubber hose/faucet that just hook to the top of a half-barrel); what's the best way to go about this? Run soapy water through and rinse, or something more specialized?

Thanks!

They do make a small tank with a keg fitting on it. You can fill it with beer line cleaner and pump it through, then do the same with water to rinse.
