Default keg stand shenanigins

hi everyone, i'm holding a prom night halloween spectacular on sunday the 30th october in cheltenham,england and i'm basing it around crazy american style frat party drinking games. i need to obtain an upright drinking nozzle straight from 'keg to mouth' for the infamous 'KEG STAND'. any ideas what this piece of equipment is called and can it be used on brtish style kegs. many thanks in advance, g-love [)]

We usually use a hand pump for keg stands here.

If your beer is in a kegerator you will need to use a beer funnel. Don't push it or you may choke the individual trying to drink.
