Hi,

I have just started using my new bar setup but I am unsure as to whether when I am not using my bar I should leave the Co2 turned on to the keg or switch it off please help!! Dave :-)

Dave: Not sure what you mean by a "bar setup", but I would always keep my kegs under co2 pressure

I agree. If it's being used to pressurize a keg, leave the gas on. Shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't have any (gas) leaks. If you do, you'll want to get them fixed ASAP.

keep it on always. You won't use up any co2 unless you're pouring a beer or you have a leak.

Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed.
Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery
and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might
be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself,
"It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than
be selfish and worry about my liver."
