I just purchased a new CO2 tap from micromatic. It was the party kit that has the upright tower that connects directly to the tap. I looked up everything and set the psi to 12. After that was too foamy. Set to 10. Too foamy. Set to 8. Too foamy. Set to 5. Still foamy. It was a Bud Light keg. Each setting was used for about 10-12 beers. The other thing was the beer came out really really fast. Could fill a pitcher in about 4 seconds or so. I'm guessing this is because it was mostly foam. Does anyone have a suggestion to remedy this problem? Again, I am new to all of this. I've read a few things that suggested making the line longer, but thats not really an option here since it is this model:

Thanks for your help.
