3 taps and all foam

I used to work in a bar and have 3 party keg taps that are worthless. I can't figure it out I cleaned them,greased,checked rubber gaskets. Are these done or can I get new gaskets for them? It loses pressure and when the beer comes out is is usually all foam. What is the problem? Any help would be great. thanks.
