Default can i add a wine tap to my cold plate?

if so...how much pressure, line lenght, will co2 work or do i need nitrogen.
basicly, i would like to tap a keg and a wine product on a double cold plate cooler. is it possible? ive searched but found nothing.

Yes the cold plate will work if it's stainless ( otherwise in will have bad tastes)but do you really want your wine that cold? You will need nitrogen if you don't want sparkling wine. You will have the added cost of a nitrigen regulator and set the pressure to 3-4 lbs. Make sure you use a plastic wine faucet or a stainless steel faucet. Line length is not an issue. Commercial keg wines use a sankey coupler and you can use a cornellius keg (old soda tank) for your homemade wine.

thanks for the info. i dont think i want to venture into a nitrogen system. i am having a party and there will be a handfull of wine drinkers. just wanted to cater to them a little, but seems like too much trouble for a here and there usage. thanks again for the info.
