Default 100% FOAM with party pump??

I recently acquired a used keg party pump, cleaned it up, and when I tried it for the first time it produces only foam, 100%. And this does not go away after a few beers, it is for the entire keg. What part of the pump could be causing this? It is a standard sanky pump, maybe 8", with a 2' picnic faucet. Can anyone help???

here is a link to the party pump like i have:

it isnt the beer, i swapped taps and it worked fine. something in the bad tap is causing the beer to completely foam up.

If your temperature is ideal as you state and your have cleaned the pump thoroughly, start troubleshooting the pump by taking it apart and checking for any blockage or other issues that could cause problems. These are relatively simple mechanisms. If it is not the pump, suspect the keg.

i have completely disassembled the tap and cleaned everything.. it seems perfect overall. The only thing I can guess is the picnic faucet and hose. The picnic faucet cuts off the flow if it is pushed down all the way.. so this might be part of the problem?
