I'm having a cooling issue. Compressor kicks on when first plugged in and continues to run without stopping. The compressor gets pretty hot, just barely touchable. You can also hear like a water moving sound on the inside. The plate gets cool, but not cold by no means. The display functions fine and the internal fan is running. Could it be low on freon? Any help would be great. Thanks.
