Question help with tower

I have an avanti kegerator and i'm having problem with the nut in the beer tower. When I go to loosen the faucet to clean the kegerator the big nut that holds the faucet to the tower becomes loose there is no way you can stick a wrench in there. Well I don’t think there is but what have you done to over come this I was thinking of making something as I am a welder but I just wanted some input form the wiser.

Make me one too!

Just kidding, but seriously that is sometimes a problem depending on the set up. Micromatic sells wrenches that will fit inside most. Some manuacturers make their own wrench that is custom designed to fit inside. Good luck.

I finally just replaced my Avanti tower. After everything I have replaced on this POS, I don't even consider it an Avanti anymore. I had been thinking about replacing the tower for a couple months, but had no solid reason until a couple of weeks ago. When re-attaching theh faucet on the old tower i used the handle to help tighten it, and the the faucet snapped. It spun around like a joystick. NOW, I had ordered a new faucet months ago, but the MicrMatic Faucet did not fit on the avanti tower....POS. SO, i ended up ordering a tower/faucet. Now I have two MM faucets.
