I used to push Shiner Bock back when I lived in Austin... Nothing special about it. Just like Ziegenboch or Dos Equis (& Bud Light presumably). If you can, look into Ziegenboch as it was slightly cheaper than Shiner and I think it tastes the same.

well I mean as far as keg pressure and temperature, using full C02 I'm not gonna experience a flat beer am I? Also I live in Tyler and it's easy to get Shiner so it's really not bad about 100 bucks a keg or about 110 not bad really
right now I'm running 12 psi , about 5 ft 3/16 hose at about 36 degrees am I fine for it to last 2-3 weeks with out loss of taste?

38 would be the target temp as with most beers. 12 psi should be okay and will maintain the carbonation level and beer integrity. The only difference between pouring Shiner Bock and the lighter beers would be flow rate at the same psi and temp. They should both pour well.
