Unhappy No beer coming out

I tapped a new keg of Heineken for the first time and only air will come out. I laid the keg on its side and it worked for a while but now is back to the same. I re-filled the Co2, just in case but it didn’t help. This is about the 8th or 9th keg on this kegerator and never had a problem. Before I used wheat microbrews like Blue moon and Beehive. I need some help from the beer goods…..please!!!!!

By chance did you change the coupler? I know Blue Moon uses a D series coupler and Heineken uses an S. If you didn't change it then that is definately the problem. Otherwise the keg itself might be messed up.

Not much! The only difference is that the actual piece that connects to the keg protrudes down further than a D coupler. Basically if you look at the coupler in the up position an S will look like a D does when it is down. You can go onto Micromatic's site and click on beer education and you will find a compatability chart for keg valves/couplers.
