Default CO2 vs Nitrogen Tank

I am currently using a CO2 tank with 25% CO2 / 75% N2 for a Guinness mix, I am thinking about purchasing another (larger) tank and have seen on competitors websites that some Nitrogen tanks have a siphon hose that extends into the tank. Does any know anything about these? Will this make a difference with Guinness gas or is this just a lot of hype? How about the apparent difference in pressure of the tank themselves? My supplier can fill either tank so that isn't an issue. Thanks.

A syphon tube which extends into a C02 tank is for LIQUID withdrawl of the product within the tank, you definetly do not want this, a blast of Liquid C02 will destry your regulator and possibly cause injury to yourself. Although some tubes within mixed gas cylinders have holes stratigically placed along the tube to allow better mixing of the gases, this is common with a four or five part mix used in the welding industry. Please ensure what type of tube is encased in the cylinder before you use it. Both syphon and non syphon use the same type of fittings for regulators CGA580 for N2 or CGA340 for C02.
