Default Interesting problem

Me and my father both have kegerators, i have a mini-fridge type with a tower and he has a fridge conversion. We first used mine with a 1/4 keg of bud light and had nothing but foam issues. It would spurt out beer on and off and never pour very well. We always thought it was an issue with the warm tower but when i moved the kegerator up to my apartment i have yet to have an issue at all. Now onto the problem, we picked up another keg for my father today, another 1/4 of bud light and we're having foam issues again. This time its a fridge conversion so there is no warm tower to have issues with. I can see bubbles rising out of the keg coupler slowly so im assuming there is a problem there. The only thing in common with the 2 bad kegs is that they have came from the same place... Could something there be an issue or am i missing something else. Again im having the same issue basically with 2 completly different setups the only thing in common is the place i bought the kegs. any help would be great thanks

Well i know that when the keg was in my kegerator initially the pressure was 13-14psi and the temp was about 37 in the kegerator and 38-39 when i would drop the temp probe in the poured beer. In the fridge conversion i dont know what the temp was but i know the pressure was 13-14psi. After a day of drinking for football i noticed that i could not see bubbles rising up out of the coupler but there was some still in the high point of the beer line. I will get a liquid temp of the beer asap but it should be close to 38 because thats what the cup of water was at a week ago in the fridge before i did the conversion.

Are you experiencing these issues right after you bring the kegs home from the store? If so, you may simply have a time issue. You may need to wait until the beer temperature acclimates to you set up.
