Default coupler to faucet

I just bought a new coupler and hose, but I'm exactly sure how to install it to the faucet... How do you get the hose up the tower to the faucet and connect it?

Cap should come off the top of tower. Unscrew shank assembly and remove. Clamp new hose 3/16" to shank nipple. Feed hose through shank opening first slide nut, etc over hose then tighten back up.

Beer is good
