I found this stout faucet at a restaurant supply place in town, I posted on a homebrew forum and someone told me I had a quite a find as it was an older adjustable Guinness faucet as opposed to the newer faucets which were not adjustable. Does anyone know anymore about this, like what the adjustments are? The back cone has a lid that turns, there is a screw in the front and one on the bottom..my guess is that these may be for cleaning.
