Default need help setting up an air cooled beer line

I am setting up a bar along a wall in my kitchen. On the opposite side of the wall is the garage.

The plan is to have a refrigerator (with a keg) in the garage against the wall. Drill a hole in the side of the fridge and through the wall. Then have some sort of tap on the other side.

I estimate that the beer line would not be longer than the standard 5 feet and i am at about sea level.

What type of blower, insulation, tubing, beer line, etc. would i need??

Also, is this the best way to set this up?? And do i need a way for the air to return to the fridge??

Use a four inch ID piece of PVC and extend it from a hole in the refrigerator to the back side of the wall plate in this kit. Insulate the outside of the PVC as if it was an extension of the refrigerator and use insulation tape on the back of the plate.

Use this blower with flex tube to route cold air into this piece of pvc. Route the flex tube so that it points to the back of the shank.
