I just bought a Summit SBC 500.

I know absolutley nothing about these things. I bought it used. It looks almost new. I can't get the handle to stand up like it should and the lines need to be cleaned. Can somebody lead me in the right direction here and tell what I should do to get this thing going. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
