Default Nostalgic Electronics Keg O Rator
So I'm thinking of buying this kegerator.

Does anyone know anything about this brand? At just over 400 bucks it is a lot cheaper than many others I've seen. Also it says you can use two quarter kegs. I assume I would just replace the tower and regulator and add in an extra hose and coupler. Though after all that I wonder if it would be cost effective to just buy a kit and start from scratch with an old fridge.

Thoughts?

There's a HUGE thread on this page concerning this model. I'd suggest reading through it and make your decision from that. It's certainly not as good as a commercial unit, but with some relatively cheap mods it can be made to run perfectly. I'm not sure about holding 2 1/4 barrels, even slims. Maybe 2 1/6 barrels...

This was one of the ones I considered buying. After reading this forum for about 1/2 hour, I did not buy it.
