Default regulator broke

while transporting the kegerator from the bbq to the afterparty to dispence keg numero tres, my regulator got broken. it was set at 16 psi for the coors(keystone) that was in it. it still works fine at 16 psi, but when i try to adjust it, c02 escapes around the pressure adjust threads. gasket maybe? fixable? its the premium dual guage from mm, by the way

I would turn off the CO2 and remove the adjusting screw. Check for what is damaged. If it is the threads you may be able to get a replacment or adjust around those threads...

would teflon tape on the threads help any??

No. The damage may be internal. Remove the front diaphragm cover and inspect for issues. It might be a bonnet assembly or seat.
