Tower screws

I was wondering if all towers have the same screw locations. I am buying a kegerator with a single tower and will need to drill holes in a granite counter-top. I would like to get a dual tap and was wondering if towers all have the same position location?

How big should the hole for the tower be? How about size of the screw holes?
