Default Slow beer

I'm almost to the end of a 1/2 barrel of beer and it is coming out very slow. I can't get my regulator to go up in pressure at all (it's stuck at about 4-5). I can't imagine I'm out of CO2 as this is only my second keg with the tank. Is it just normal when you get to the very end of a keg that you can't keep the pressure up and the beer is slow?

Once the keg empties, it will simply spit pressure and a little foam. If you are experiencing slow foam, could be a over carbonation problem. Your system may require balancing. Before attempting this, check for pressure leaks. Spray Windex on all of your fittings and look for bubbling. Repair as necessary.

The high pressure gauge should read constant until all of the liquid gas is gone. Then the gauge begins to drop and your cylinder is close to being empty.

As to balancing, what brand of beer do you have, temperature of the beer, etc. Please advise.

How do you check for over carbonization?
