Default dispense distance

Help. I am converting a fridge and would like to locate directly behind the back bar wall. I am drilling the side and would like to run the hose directly through the wall to the tap (approx. 6" of straight pipe to faucet. Would this distance be ok? or would I have foam issues? Please let me know anyone

Unless you can force cold air into this 6" area, you will have a hot spot and will result in a shot of foam between dispenses.
