Default That is..

..a good question. They obviously don't have the modified "fishruler" that I use to measure stuff. You can get one in New Zealand.

Daily New Zealand News

"Official: Fish ruler claims 'grossly exaggerated'

One fisheries official says claims that anglers are being fined for undersized fish because the official ruler does not measure up are grossly exaggerated. A weekend paper reported the Ministry of Fisheries had printed thousands of stick-on rulers which were out by 20 millimetres. The stickers have the legal size at which fish can be kept - failure to comply for non-commercial offending carries a maximum fine of $20,000. Auckland's District Compliance Manager Matt Cowan says fishermen should always double-check their catch. "

There are some 17's out there and 16-1/8. Check this. http://www.micromatic.com/beer-quest...le-aid-11.html. I think most AB stuff is in the latter and the slims, but I'm sure someone out there will better know.
