Default Air line diameter/length

OK.......simple question to which I should know the answer but.........

I'm reconfiguring my Bev-Air unit. Currently it is set up for 3 kegs and works just fine, but the pressure lines are somewhat slapped together and the inside of the unit is...shall we say...untidy. Hence...

I plan on buying a 3 way air distributor from Micromatic; one air line in-3 out.
Question is:
I'm currently running 5/16" air lines from a 2 way splitter off the CO2 tank. One goes directly into one keg...the other runs into a T-fitting and splits into another 2 kegs. All air lines are varying in length but not diameter.

So, if for nothing else but housekeeping issues I'm gonna streamline things a bit.

Keeping all air lines 5/16" ID does it make a difference if all are the same length? If so, what length should it be?? Thanks?

The kegs don't know the difference between your current setup and your proposed setup. As for line length, use whatever length and diameter you want.

awesome. i dont plan on pushing it high at all really. i have a friend who works at home depot so i can get tubing a lot cheaper then over the site. since it doesnt effect taste, im going to go cheap. i want to go safe though and was wondering what the rating should be. double what im putting through it should suffice, right?

The vinyl pressure line used for beverage systems is specified for maximum 50 PSI.
