Default Beer System Help

I just completed my 13 x 4 Walnut bar top. The front/back/sides will be completed when tax returns arrive. I need help/advice with setting up beer/keg system. If there is something that is small enough to fit behind bar without taking much room...what is it? If not I will be forced to run lines throught the utility room which is directly nesxt to bar separated by a wall(about a 10ft run) from keg to tap. I would prefer to to find something that fits nicely under the bar, however, if that is going to congest the backbar area I will need to run through the wall.

If you have ideas, let me know. What is the typical cost? Freezer or fridge? What kind of lines?.....so on an so forth....I will post some pics so you can see what I am working with.
