Default Swapping out keg coupler with QD for Corny

I currently have 4 faucets and one of them is hooked up to a sanke coupler. I sometimes need to switch this faucet to connect to a corny keg. To do that I have to cut the beer line off of the sanke coupler and put it onto a QD for the Corny. I know there must be an an easier way. I have looked for flare fittings on the MM website that will adapt the Sanke coupler so I can just unscrew the beer line and then screw it onto the Corny QD. I haven't been able to find anything on the MM website that will work. Are they hidden somewhere? Any ideas?

Every time you are hooking up to the sanke, are you crimping on the connector? Why not just use a hose clamp?

I did that for years, just for that reason.... to make it easier to switch to a corny.

I've got a buddy who has machines something which will allow you to just unscrew the nut that attaches to the sankey coupler and use this adapter to screw into the corny fittings with a thread on them. I can see if has any available right now. Otherwise, I had been using a coupler that attaches hex nut to hex nut. I simply keep my corny fittings with a short 5" line that goes to a hex fitting. Then I can swap things out as i need. I had the same problem where I was cutting and reattaching my line over and over again. This works much better.

Here is the link to the coupler you would need: http://www.micromatic.com/draft-keg-...g-pid-902.html

I do use screw on clamps but the thick walled beer line doesn't come off the barb easily. I always end up cutting it off. I found this on a different site:

Ahhh... I see. It's been a while since I did this, but I remember it being a little difficult, now that you mention it.

It's not a graceful solution, but I would get a cup of very hot (almost boiling) water, and soak the end of the beer line in it for 60 seconds. That would make the walls of the beer line flexible enough to pull the fitting off/on.
