Default Decisions decisions..

Ok well I was looking at buying the Kenmore kegerator from sears, but from what I read on this site, I am mildly frightened to do so (because it seems to be so expensive, and has mediocre reviews) I am not going to ask whether I should buy it or build one, I have read enough of those threads to know what you will say... My question is can you guys guide me to the best build-a-kegerator guide out there? I am not the most handy of individuals (I have read this doesn't matter either) so I would like the best you guys know of. Also, I would like (if you wouldn't mind) if I could get 1. a breakdown of everything I will need to buy and 2. the recommended brands/places to buy these items. I do not want to invest more than once in this, so I want to do it right the first time. This will be used by myself and buddies on mediocre drinking, I do not see a need for more than 1/2 keg and most importantly it will be inside of my house. Thanks in advance for the expert advice!
