Question Advice On blower

I am looking to install a blower to cool my tower, and have seen some pretty impressive set-ups on here. I have just ordered a blower that I found that seems to be suited pretty well for this task and was hoping for some input from people who have more experience as to whether or not this blower makes sense. The link to the blower's instructions is here

Of course, I would attach a hose or pipe from the output of the blower to the tower. The blower only costs about 20 bucks and seems to be the best option with the least modifications needed.

Thanks,
John

Ahh yes, the notorious bilge blower. My opinion is that those things move WAAAY too much air and from my experience with boats, will make a fair amount of noise as well. I thought about using one of those for about five minutes myself, but quickly changed my mind. The lowest rated one mentioned on the link you provided still moves over 100CFM. The blower I have installed in my kegerator is rated at 15CFM and is more than enough. Don't do it. There's plenty of other inexpensive solutions that the guys here have come up with.

Thanks for the quick response. I should have asked before ordering, but hopefully it's cancelled and I don't find it at my doorstep this week. So then, what is the preferred blower to use..short of spending $80 in the micromatic store? I've seen a post with an innovative idea of putting a computer cooling fan into a small project box, but I would rather get a blower that is already built for a tube or hose, without having to modify a fan to direct the airflow.

Thanks,
John
