Default Stout & Lager kegerator

I want to setup a home kegerator which will mostly be used for Guiness, but I would also like the option of using it for regular beers. I know there are stout/lager faucets, and Guiness requires a Nitrogen, CO2 mix. My question is: What is the best--cheapest--way to setup a kegerator for both kinds of beer?
