Nostalgia marble ?

I bought a new Nostalgia kegereator but it did not come with the marble i have the white pieces and the rubber washers is there any marble i can buy at a store nearby to make it work any help would be great thanks

Marble? What marble are you talking about? Like a marble countertop, or a like a sack of marbles? What's the model number of your unit? If you bought it new, and it's missing parts, you should return it and replace it with a kegerator that comes with all the parts. If you bought it 'new', and not from a store, meaning you can't take it back, as long as you have the model number you should be able to order any replacement/missing parts.

The model i have is a KRS-2000 SERIES any ideas on how i can get the marble cause the company the sells the item wont answer there phone

Try turning the coupler upside down. I didn't know I had a marble until I turned it upside down and it fell out of the coupler (where the beer line connects!)

Again, if it's new, and you can return it, I'd exchange it for another. Otherwise, if you're talking about the marble in the coupler, you may have to buy a new coupler. They sell them on this site....

I'd call the order number on this site, I think you'll find the people who answer the phone are going to be more knowledgable than the nostalgia people. 866-291-5756. You may find they can sell you just the marble. I don't know, though.

When you say "marble" do you mean a check ball for inside the coupler? I think once you clear up termonolgy we might know better how to help you out.
