Default Bev Air BM-23 cycle time/temp swing?

I'm having issues with my Beverage Air BM-23. I know others out there have this unit and I would appreciate it if you would take some notes for me on the operation of your unit. How long does the compressor run and what temperature differentials are you seeing between compressor on and off. I'm using a temp probe set in a big cup of water sitting on the floor of the unit by the door and I'm seeing a 7-8 degree temp swing between cycles. I don't think that's much of a problem but the fact that it takes 2 hours to drop that 7-8 degrees is. I've already had it recharged because it wasn't keeping temp and I suspect it's still leaking refrigerant, but I'd like to have some numbers to compare to before I take it back.

my bm-23 holds a steady 38F liquid temp, though that is the lowest setting and will get no colder.

How long does your compressor stay on?

Anyone? Input from someone with a similar model would also be welcomed.
