Default Air cooled beer

Hello,

I have now been looking at the Kegerator Conversion Kits, and now i wonder if i need to have a refrigerator or is it enough to buy some of the air cooling systems, and then cool down the hoses with these, or are they just to keep the beer cold when it travles in the hoses.

Thanks
Henrik.oe

Its just to keep the hoses cool if youre running them externally. Theres no way it would be able to keep up colling a line if you were getting multiple beers. Besides, how long a kerg lasts has lot to do with not only the way it is pressurized (co2 vs. hand pump) but also what temperature its stored at. You cant store it at room temperature. It wont last at all.

You need some way to keep the actual keg cooled down
Check craigslist.com, theyll either have really cheap if not FREE refrigerators for pick-up
