I had a Haier kegerator for 3 years purchased from best buy sitting outside on patio. Last three years it has gotten dirty and faint rust spots on stainless steel. It did a great job but I did not know what I was missing. We are adding on a game room to the house. Wife gave ok for a new unit to go into game room.

I purchased the bm23 from micromatic last friday. Monday I get a call from freight company and he will be at my house around 2 hrs. At 5 pm ups mans shows up with Co2 regulator, hose and a new tap. Selling the old unit to a friend for $75.

Transferred the keg over, set the CO2 to 13psi and let me tell you; beer is ice cold, great carbonation, and 1/2 inch foam. Granted I am keeping this one in the house but the fan tower works great. The unit chills the beer like the arctic.

The unit is loud but that is due to the fan and when the compressor kicks on it is even louder. I guess I have to accept that part since it is a commercial unit and has to serve beer like it should be but in the game room noone will notice.
